These Terms & Conditions outline how you may use Group Hijrah and the services provided through it.

By using our website, creating an account, applying as a seller, or submitting any content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.

All content on Group Hijrah, including text, images, graphics, video, and site design, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unless permitted in these Terms, you must not copy, reuse, republish, sell, or distribute any material from the website.

You may print or download content for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you must not modify it or remove any copyright notices. Our status as the owner (or licensee) of content must always be acknowledged.

You may browse the website, view content, download pages for caching, and use the available features through a standard web browser.

You must not:

• use the website in a way that damages or disrupts its operation
• attempt to gain unauthorised access or bypass security
• publish or upload harmful, illegal, or infringing material
• use automated tools (scraping, crawling, bots) without permission
• carry out data mining or automated data collection
• use content from the site for marketing or commercial exploitation

We may suspend or restrict access at any time (e.g., during maintenance or updates).

You are responsible for ensuring anyone accessing the site through your internet connection complies with these Terms.

Buyer Accounts

You can create a buyer account by completing the registration steps on the website.

Seller Accounts

You can apply to become a seller by completing the seller registration form and verifying your email.

Sellers must complete all required verification checks and keep their information accurate and up to date.

Login Details

You must keep your password confidential and notify us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.

You are responsible for all activity on your account.

We may suspend, edit, or close an account at our discretion. If we close a paid service that you have not breached, we will refund the unused portion of any applicable payment.

You may request account closure at any time. Refunds for paid services will follow the same policy, minus reasonable costs already incurred.

If you are buying from a seller as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To cancel, you must clearly inform the seller. If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days at your own cost unless otherwise agreed. Sellers must issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Some items cannot be returned under consumer law, including:

• personalised or custom-made items
• perishable goods
• sealed items (e.g., hygiene products, software, media) that have been opened
• items mixed inseparably with other goods

Group Hijrah provides a mediation service to help resolve issues between buyers and sellers when direct communication has not been successful.

By using this service, you agree that Group Hijrah may make a final decision on the outcome of an individual case. Actions may include:

• refunding the buyer (with the seller reimbursing the marketplace)
• requiring the buyer to return items
• restricting buyer feedback if the seller is found to be in the right

We may refuse mediation if we reasonably believe any party is providing misleading or abusive information.
