All items are shipped directly by the sellers. Group Hijrah does not store, package, or dispatch products on behalf of sellers.
Delivery times & shipping costs
Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are displayed on each product page under Shipping Methods and are calculated based on your delivery location.
Unavailable shipping options
If shipping details are not shown for your country, the seller may not currently ship to your region or has not added shipping rates. You may contact the seller directly to enquire about alternative arrangements.
Orders from multiple sellers
When an order includes items from multiple sellers, each seller ships their items separately. You may receive multiple parcels, delivery dates, and tracking references.
Returns
Seller return policies
Each seller sets their own return and refund policy. Please review the return period shown on the product page or contact the seller directly for clarification.
Requesting a return or replacement
- Go to My Orders in your account
- Select the relevant item
- Choose Request Refund
- Submit the reason for your request
We recommend contacting the seller first, as many issues can be resolved quickly without a full return.
